Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Policy

The Management of Alro Solar, S.L., for the design and assembly of photovoltaic systems, aware of its commitment to its customers, provides the resources needed to establish a Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Management System based on the following principles:

• Ensure that services comply with the applicable specifications, standards and codes, as well as with the legislation and regulations on quality, environment and occupational safety.
• Establish actions and programmes aimed at continuous improvement, pollution prevention and the prevention of harm to health, both in service quality and in protecting the environment and people's safety.
• Manage our services so as to minimise or eliminate environmental impacts, in line with the rational use of raw materials, energy and natural resources.
• Increase customer satisfaction by embracing quality, respect for the environment and commitment to safety at work.
• Maintain ongoing communication with stakeholders in order to improve our services together, in technical, quality, occupational and environmental risk prevention matters.
• Motivate staff through training and awareness so that they take an active part in the Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety System.
• Set up mechanisms that encourage workers to take part in improving health and safety at work.
