The Management of Alro Solar, S.L. for the design and assembly of photovoltaic systems, aware of the commitment it makes to its customers, has the necessary resources to establish a Quality, Environment and Health and Safety Management System in its organization according to the following principles

Ensure that the services comply with the applicable specifications, standards and codes, as well as the applicable legislation and regulations regarding Quality, Environment and Occupational Safety.

– Establish actions and programs aimed at continuous improvement, the prevention of pollution and the prevention of damage and deterioration of health, both in the quality of services, as well as in the respect, protection of the environment and safety of people.

– Incorporate into our services management based on the minimisation or elimination of environmental impacts and make this objective compatible with the use and rational consumption of raw materials, energy and natural resources.

– To increase the satisfaction of our customers, assuming the concepts of Quality and respect for the Environment and commitment to Safety at work.

– Maintain permanent communication with interested parties, in order to be able to collaborate together in the improvement of our services, both in technical aspects and in quality, prevention of occupational and environmental risks.

– To stimulate and motivate staff, through the necessary training and awareness, in order to enhance their integration in the management and development of the Quality, Environment and Occupational Health and Safety System.

– Mechanisms will be established to encourage the participation of workers in order to improve the safety and health of jobs.

The Management establishes, within the general policy, the plans and resources necessary to comply with the principles established in the Quality, Environment and Safety at Work Policy.
